From beneath the seas and across the land, Manta Restaurant selects the finest produce to create its exquisite cuisine. Tempting entrees from carpaccio and raw tasting plates to 250 gram eye fillet and 300 gram sirloin from the chargrill; and to finish on a sweet note, milk chocolate mousse, honeycomb, caramelised banana and crème fraiche ice cream. The menu may change due to available daily fresh produce.
Oysters are a must when you go to Manta, sourced from a variety of regions around Australia from selected expert growers, and hand-shucked to order.
Manta’s Wine Cellar is a product of immense passion and price. Their sommelier Christian Denier, and Head Chef Daniel Hughes, have worked together to bring our guests a perfect marriage of outstanding produce and the best of local and international wines. Manta’s wine list features a well balanced selection of mature favourites and boutique labels with a strong focus on quality.
