As the winner of 12 plates over a decade with Restaurant and Catering NSW and as the 2013 Caterer of the Year winner at the Wedding and Event of Australia awards, Gastronomy is proud to be working with the Biennale of Sydney to cater across the metropolis.

With a mix of chefs from different backgrounds, Gastronomy’s repertoire covers a number of cuisines and the many influences of our chefs blend seamlessly into a modern rustic Australian cuisine.

Executive Chef Cyril Miletto specialises in classical French and Italian cuisine, having worked in prestigious restaurants such as Le Richemond in Geneva and the 3 Michelin Start Le Pont de Brent in Montreux.

Lead by Miccal Cummins, Gastronomy is dedicated to food sustainability and is a proud ambassador for food rescue charity OzHarvest.
