Education Resources
For the 18th Biennale of Sydney: all our relations (27 June – 16 September 2012), the Biennale will offer a range of exciting free programs, events and resources.
PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
From June – September 2012 a range of programs and events will be available to engage with the exhibition in exciting and new ways.
Programs and events include:
- Hands-on programs for kids
- Age-specific guided tours
- Remote learning opportunities
- HSC Study Days and workshops
- Focused programs on Cockatoo Island
- Mystery Tours with celebrity guides
- Access tours for people with a disability
- Kids’ and Family Days
- Special school holiday programs
RESOURCES: WATCH THIS SPACE
There are some great education resources planned in 2012.
These include:
- Education Kit. In February 2012 we will begin to upload content from the 18th Biennale Education Kit. Focusing on selected artists, this extensive online resource will continue to grow in the lead up to and throughout the exhibition period.
- Tumblr project. Check out the 18th Biennale tumblr blog project – Moira Roth’s Gleanings. Follow the conversation between art historian Moira Roth and 18th Biennale artists and Artistic Directors.
- Student Newspaper, Kids Trail and other resources developed for young people.
- And many more resources to be announced from February 2012.
