TRAVELLING TO THE BIENNALE OF SYDNEY
Whether travelling by train, bus, bicycle or ferry, there are a number of ways to get to the 19th Biennale.

All of the Biennale’s Major Venues are easily accessible from public transport points. Use the online Trip Planner to plan your visit.
- The $2.50 Pensioner Excursion Ticket includes unlimited travel on buses, trains and ferries with Sydney Transport
- On Sundays, families travel for $2.50 per person on buses, trains and ferries with Sydney Transport.
- Family tickets are also available on all other days.

TRAVELLING TO COCKATOO ISLAND
Online bookings are recommended. The return fare is $7; children under 16 travel for free, but a valid ticket is still required.
Capacity is strictly limited; book early to ensure your preferred departure time.

HARBOUR CITY FERRIES (PUBLIC SERVICES)
Cockatoo Island is accessible via Harbour City Ferries. For timetable and fare information, visit transportnsw.info
A return fare from inner-harbour wharves is $12. Some concessions apply.
During weekends and public holidays, Harbour City Ferries is operating an additional shuttle service from Wharf 4, direct to Cockatoo Island. For more information and times, please visit transportnsw.info.
While the direct shuttle service is operating on the weekends, the regular Parramatta River service from Circular Quay will not stop at Cockatoo Island between 11.35 am and 5.35 pm. All passengers wishing to travel upriver to Parramatta are advised to travel back to Circular Quay for a connecting service.
Cockatoo Island is also accessible by water taxi. Water taxis can pick up from most jetties or wharves on Sydney Harbour.
